PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT
If you want to complete our Health History before your first visit, download forms at the top of this page. After discussing your health concerns with the acupuncturist, you will receive your initial treatment. 

Patients are treated fully clothed in comfortable recliner chairs.  Extremely thin needles (slightly thicker than a hair) willl be placed below the skin.  There is very little sensation of the needles which are nothing like an ordinary injection.  The needles are sterile, used only once and disposed. Most people find the treatments deeply relaxing and many fall asleep during the treatment.

Please wear loose clothing allowing access to elbows and knees.

Please do not receive treatment on an empty stomach or with alcohol.

Please allow at least 1.5 hours for the initial visit and at least 1 hour for subsequent visits. If you need to leave by a specific time, let the acupuncturist know so that you can relax during your treatment.
