  • Take I-70 West to MD-355 (exit 54) toward MD-85/Market Street/Buckeystown

•The office is located between Stauffer Funeral Home and The War Memorial Park on the right side of the road in a large brick 2 story building with a white porch. We are in  the Catoctin Wellness Center.

The Humane Society is located 1/2 block from The Turning Point Acupuncture Center on the same side of the road.  See directions below.  It is on the corner very close to the old "Jennifers Restaurant" now called "Micks". 

Parking is available in the back of the building and can be accessed by the alley (Albrecht Pl.) in the back of the building.  When traveling south on N. Bentz before you reach W. Patrick, you will see the new city dog park on your right. Directly after the park, turn right onto Albrecht Pl.  The law office of Lawrence Finnegan sits on that corner.   On the left, you will pass the back parking lot for Micks restaurant.  The Humane Society parking area is the next lot on the left.  It can be identified by the loading dock in the back.

Please enter through the front of the building and wait in the reception area.

You can also access the parking lot from the alley next to The Humane Society.  This alley is accessed right from W. Patrick St.  However, this is often gated so you will need to go inside and ask for the gate to be unlocked.

If you are comfortable unloading your dog on W. Patrick St., there are metered spots usually available.
